On the way home from work I stopped at Henry’s and bought a new lens with my
ill-gotten gain the cash I got for Christmas. It is huge, and when I say huge I mean it’s about a foot long and roughly five pounds, and when it’s attached to my little Nikon D32oo it makes the camera look like an afterthought. By the time I got home it was full dark, so I didn’t get a chance to really try it out, but I did take it out on the deck and got a pic of the moon. It’s, like, super moon, but without the fear of total planetary annihilation. I can’t wait to take it outside on New Years Day. Look out, chipmunks, here I come!
For the camera buffs, the camera used was the Nikon D3200 (ISO-3200, 1/4000, f/6.3) and the lens was the Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 DG HSM racked out to the full 500mm.
